Partner Types

Who Can Become a Partner?

There are four types of partners — Institutional Partner status is invitation only:

Institutional Partner — Prominent institutions and main organizers driving the Summit's success. Invitation only — organizations committed long term to RoSummit are eligible for Institutional Partner status.
Organizing Partner — Organizations that contribute significantly to the six-month-long preparation process by delegating at least one organizing committee member who attends the meetings and assumes an active role. Organizations committed long term to RoSummit are eligible for Institutional Partner status.
Media Partner — Newspapers, TV, radio and other media organizations that promote the Summit in the three months prior to the Summit.
Community Partner — Community organizations and entities that mobilize their members, amplify the Summit's reach, and support the Summit locally.

Delegate Commitment

Send at least one representative to Summit Days, September 18–20, 2026. Help share updates via social media, newsletters, or community networks.

Media & Social Outreach

How Can You Contribute?

Once you sign up as a Community Partner or Media Partner:

Post three or more times on social media about the Summit

Update your Facebook and LinkedIn cover photo to showcase the Summit for at least 30 days

Stream the Summit live or share it on your own Facebook account

Promote the Summit in the three months leading up to the event

Institutional Partner status is invitation only

Media Partner — Newspapers, TV, radio and other media organizations that promote the Summit in the three months prior to the Summit. Request partnership until 2030 — commit long term; long-term partners are eligible for Institutional Partner status.
