Media Partner Application

September 18–20, 2026 · Christian Heritage Academy, Northfield, Illinois · In person and livestreamed

Thank you for your interest in covering the Summit.

We are glad to accredit any qualifying newsroom. Press accreditation is free and comes with full access, a press kit, and priority on interview requests.

Some outlets also ask us to support the cost of sending a team. We consider those requests case by case, and this form is how we do it. It asks about your audience, what you plan to publish, and what a partnership would look like from your side.

Please answer what you can. A blank answer is better than an estimate presented as a fact. Questions: media@romanianunitedfund.org

Roughly 15 minutes. Media partners are Summit partners too, so this form also collects the details we need to list your outlet on the partners page.

Section 1

Your outlet

Basic details, so we know who we are talking to and who can sign. This is also what we use to list you as a Media Partner on the Summit website.

Include https://

A link to your logo in PNG or SVG, preferably on a transparent background — used for the Summit website and materials.

Used on your partner listing.

2–3 sentences. This is the text that appears next to your logo on the Summit website.

One link per line.

Please note any political party, government, or major commercial shareholding.

Section 2

Audience and reach

Please give figures for the last three full months, and name the source. We are not looking for your best month.

Average across the last 3 months.

Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer or similar. Please make sure the link is viewable by anyone with it. This is the single most useful thing you can give us.

By percentage of sessions, for: Romania · Republic of Moldova · Rest of Europe · United States and Canada · Rest of world. One per line.

One per line, with the percentage or session count for each.

Current follower counts, one platform per line.

Section 3

Fit with the Summit

The Summit is about the Romanian diaspora. We want to understand how that sits with your coverage.

One per line.

Section 4

Your editorial plan

The more specific this is, the easier it is for us to say yes.

For each: name, beat, and a link to recent work.

What do you plan to publish? *
In which language(s) would you publish? *

With whom, and how long? We cannot guarantee every request, but we handle accredited press first.

We need to know early to plan bandwidth and space.

Bandwidth, power, space, dedicated line, crew size.

We are interested in the answer.

Section 5

Rights and reuse

Nothing here is a condition of accreditation. We ask because it affects the value of a partnership.
Section 6

What you are asking RUF to cover

Please itemize with estimated amounts in USD. An honest range is more useful than a round number. If you are not asking for cost support, write "none" and move on.

How many, and for which days? Press accreditation is free, so this is usually zero.

Departing from where, for how many people, estimated cost per person.

How many rooms, how many nights.

Enter 0 if you are not asking for cost support.

Please name them. This does not disqualify you. We ask so that we can identify any conflict early.

Section 7

What you would bring

This section carries the most weight in our decision. Please answer it in detail.

Where, in what format, for how long?

Format, placement, duration, and the standard rate card value of that placement.

How many mentions, at what size, to how many subscribers?

How many posts, on which platforms, over what period?

On what terms and at what published rate?

We would treat this as a professional engagement, not as coverage.

Google Drive, Dropbox or a public URL. Please make sure it is viewable by anyone with the link.

Section 8

Editorial independence

We want to be direct about this, because it protects both sides.

RUF does not pay for coverage and does not ask for it. Any logistical support we provide creates no obligation for you to publish anything, and gives RUF no right to review, approve, or influence your editorial content.

Separately, any guaranteed placement — logo, listing, newsletter slot, banner — is a partnership commitment and should be labeled as such under your normal policy.

Section 9

References

Almost done.

Submitting does not commit either side to anything.
