What this is

Summit board members and invited select guests, meeting to discuss feedback on the Summit. The session will be recorded, and Zoom access is available for anyone joining remotely.

Why it's happening without a full board

Most of this year's 9 board members can't be there in person — traveling or out of town — but the meeting has to happen. Joining by Zoom is genuinely welcome, not a fallback.
